CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments require a valid credit or debit card. All cancellations within 48 hours of of the scheduled appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service. Any no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service. If you have been issued a gift card this policy will be taken from any gift card first and then the remainder will be charged to the credit or debit card on file. Any client who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be charged the cancellation fee of 30% and will need to be rescheduled.
